St. Thomas Beer Release- Carite Passionfruit Vanilla Sour

This tart and refreshing ale is bursting with passionfruit and vanilla. Sit back, sip and let the flavors delight your palette. Carite is brewed with pilsner and wheat malts and fermented with heaps of passionfruit puree using a special lactic acid producing yeast. It’s finished with loads of Madagascar Vanilla Beans to complement the sweet and tart passionfruit. This beer is smooth and refreshing and each sip invites you back for more!
